Game Drive Week 02
post=Lennon
Hey, if you think that you can make two games then go for it man! Most of us are going to have enough trouble with only one, haha.
Ah well my games won't be super duper complex or anything XD
my eventing skill is very limited (even though I toyed with the programs for over 5 years =_=)

Game Drive Week 02

I think it's good to work on whatever you feel inspired to work on. If you don't feel like working on something, any work you do will be of a lower quality (most of the time anyways). I myself alternate between my submission and Neo Lescia frequently.
Thanks Lennon. I might as well release two games for this drive haha. We do have 6 months after all
Game Drive Week 02
I dunno if I should have two projects at once. I mean, I either get a DQ-esque spark in one day, and then a Tranquil Nights spark the next.. So if I have two projects, one being Tranquil Nights and the other being a generic short jRPG, I can work on both depending on my mood...
I dunno, what do you guys think?

Updated RTP Chipsets
Starting a new mini-project, VX or XP?
Why don't you try them all over a period of time, and decide hits close to home?
VX and XP have free trials. GM is free ( I think?). RM2K/3 is available... *cough*
You just gotta understand that the Rpg Maker series are more of a WYSIWYG set of programs while Gamemaker is more "involved".
please dont bash me :<

Game Drive Week 02
Almost done with my DB! :>
I made an unique chest system just for this game.
So when a player opens a chest (or a trashcan in this game) he will have a chance to either get <itemname>, which gives the player full recovery, half eaten/ half used <itemname>, where the effects aren't 100%, and a very rare version of an item which gives increased effects plus a few bonuses. (For example photon hammich is a very rare version of a hammich, while a half-eaten hammich is the weaker version of the hammich.)
Sorry if my description is vague, I just don't know how to describe it.
