I still remember those gw meets you guys had. I remember the topics with the photos and all that jazz. Good stuff man. Too bad I was too young to even think about being in the meet.
Now that I remember, when I was barely starting out, GW seemed really close and snug. Everyone knew everyone (well not exactly). Sure, there some cold elitists here and there, but that's what I think helped shaped people up into great gaem makers by improving their game so even the elitists would be impressed.

Of course, this is merely my opinion and my point of view.
(I guess this is now turning into a "Reminisce the good ol days" topic.)

I live in Los Angeles, California! The movie capital of the world! Also, the birthplace of west coast gangsta rap. And the home of one of the most polluted beaches. But that don't matter so much right?
LA is a very big, diverse city. You can learn about other cultures by just living here. Also, not everyone here surfs or tunes in to the Beach Boys or NWA.
You will most likely spot a celebrity by just living here. I should know, because I've seen around 4 while living here.
Oh and if you're bored of the city, you can drive up to NorCal and ski (because honestly, i don't know what else I would do up there) or drive to Vegas and gamble your savings away!
And also LA is about an hour away from Irvine, so you can visit YDS while living here. yay
