I personally would like Wes to have the Power Stone, because we have quite strong offensive powers already but our defense is usually lacking. We could use a powerful skill to protect the whole group or something like that.
I can see the benefits of giving Zuko or Bazyli another Level Up, but considering how many dangers we have already faced that can't be overcome with attack power, I think Wes would be the best choice.
Edit: I was hoping Bazyli's Miasmal currents would get rid of my disease. It seemed to have helped last time...

Indeed, the only reason you still were diseased was due to the miasmal bracelet and, well, look at what it's become.
Mmm, that sounds about right.

If you ask me, I would prefer to give the stone to someone who could develop a skill to cure the disease that Kairy has. I mean, if this disease keeps on like this she might die...
