Normally I wouldn't mind scripting but I don't wanna learn how to script when I'm only planning on making one game :P
What's the overcomplicated way please? And does it works for money and more than 2 characters? Cheers for the help :)

XP help with changing inventory for different characters
Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone could help me with a problem I'm having with RPMXP.
It seems that when an item is picked up it goes into a group inventory, so all characters have access to all the items. However my game is meant to take viewpoints from several different characters, which is fine with changing the actual actors. However is there any way to make it so that when there is a change of character the old character's items are all stored away and recalled when it switches back to that character?

Firstly, hello, I'm new here and I used to have RPGxp a few years ago, though I never did anything worthwhile I suddenly had a brainwave for a game I want to make so I re-downloaded the program.
However I get the 'cannot download trial serial number' error, I know all I need to do is connect to the internet and i closed my antivirus and made the program an exception on windows firewall however since i am at uni i connect through a proxy and i think this is what is causing the problems. Does anyone please know how to get rpgxp to work through a proxy?
