Iffermoon

Since Iffermoon is one of the "Play Something" games, you really should ask WIP for hosting, else no one will be able to download it!

Iffermoon

Actually one was Grithmoo, apparently I'd just gotten into the habit of jumping over him and never activated his dialogue. I lit all the orbs (woo) and plan on seeing how hard this "Hard Mode" is. And I'll get a review up on here pretty soon since no one else has done it yet.

Question/comments
What exactly does the "Blessing of Domination" even do?
I can't beat Stellargun level 16 for the life of me, although I can already win any battle so I don't really need the last couple signs. Suggestion: small invincibility window after you get hit once (even like half a second would be great)
Chattercan's tunnelers are way too uncommon, I beat everything and only ran into 9 of them. And Chattercan rocks out the 11 speed so I want him D=
Taboli RPG: either make the super weapons more common or have the white chests give out like 100 iffer when you don't succeed. I found one of them and was just like meh, not worth it to go back and do it again (secret treasure room boss = awesome, though)
The piper puzzle was so obscure that I feel very clever for figuring it out.

All in all, very fun. This game really had me wanting to collect stuff and had a good selection of things to pick up. I'll put up a full review probably tomorrow.

So I totally beat this game. It was really fun, even in spite of the 20 second loading times. My only complaints are that Stellargun is really hard (your ship basically just sucks without powerups...) and that I need some sort of help file to find out where to get the last two characters and where to find the extra content. Also it would have been cool if after beating Taboli RPG that three of the white chests didn't contain Speedsauce x2 and the other one a Medleaf.

But yeah this was fun all the way through and I liked the battle system, and I'm going to keep playing to see if I can find the extras.

Kinetic Cipher (Again)

This game is a design gem. It makes you want to explore around to find all the cleverly-hidden items. It makes you want to play with the systems. And it makes you very satisfied when you complete another cleverly-designed puzzle. If you take anything away from this game, it should be the importance of well-designed gameplay. I want to see another game like this made.

The Way EP 6

Yeah, sorry, I dropped off the guide at the very end. I'm honestly probably never going to get around to finishing that last little bit, and I missed a couple of notch items throughout Ep6. Apologies to all.

The Way has the best battle mechanics of any RPG I've ever played, hands down. I didn't really like Ep6 that much, but I can't deny that it has some of the best battles in the series, both regular and plunges. I would love to see someone take some of the battling ideas from this series and expand upon them elsewhere.
