The 2013 "Official" Misao Predictions and Discussion Thread
Here are two games I have'nt seen praised here yet :
Touhou - Wandering Souls and
Logomancer.
First Touhou - Wandering Souls :
Best Non-RPG Touhou - Wandering Souls
Game of the Year Touhou - Wandering Souls
Most Technical Prowess Touhou - Wandering Souls
Best Level/Dungeon/Puzzle Design Touhou - Wandering Souls
Best Gameplay Mechanics Touhou - Wandering Souls
What an incredible non-rpg game! In my mind, anyone completing a game here deserves praise. Doing so in a uncommon genre, having such fast solid rich gameplay, having all the extra content at the end ... and offering all in two languages ; I'm speechless!
The Logomancer
Best Storytelling and Direction The Logomancer
Best Characters The Logomancer
Best Setting The Logomancer
I like how the characters, the tone, the world and the gameplay blend so well.
I feel the level of language and style of humor deserve their time in the spotlight too.
Is there any chance of having a category someday for games that offer multiple langages (like touhou)?
To be honest, I wouldn't give so many awards to just 2 games! It's that I feel they offer a great contribution to all these categories. I've been playing rpgmaker games since the days of A Blurred Line.
