yes
you're just opening a big old can of worms. in the end, the issue isn't about the drugs themselves, but about the sort of things messing with their legal status will trigger.
as for the op which i didn't read but will assume is asking if i smoke durgs and drink, i do and have. weed on occasion, i've tried shrooms and x, and i drink like a fish (well not really). i would have a massive ritalin/speed/whatever habit if i could.

I'm no economist, but people just need to keep in mind that recessions are temporary. I believe this one is the result of bad decisions, and I believe we're handling it wrong - but we're not all going to starve to death. Just keep your head low and you'll be fine.
