Welp we're out, I'd try and put a demo up but sending a side-quest-less demo to a side-quest based contest feels really cheap. Expected, but annoying nonetheless, at least I learned some lessons about scope-creep and team management I guess.
I'll probably go back and make something based on this project later, as there's certainly potential to it, but it will wait after McBacon Jam and a break.
Still as I like to send stuff, here's what I managed to create on the time being. I've added 10 "potions" to collect so there's something to do while wandering around. x3

[RMVX ACE] Logo scaling - how do I make it not look like garbage?
If you're using Photoshop for the reduction, try checking the "image Interpolation", down on settings-General (PS CS4), the right setting be life-saver on really-low sizes.
CS4 is recommending me "Bicubic Sharper", for pixel art choose Nearest Neighbor.

Uploading to dropbox because getting a loading error when using stripped version. >.< Hopefully a 1.2 gig bit doesn't kill anyones internet. I'll try and see if I can't get the stripped version to work tomorrow....

I'll be the bad guy and throw my vote to NO (more) EXTENSIONS! Scoping and time management are valuable skills that everybody's gotta learn and at some point the whips gotta come out.
I'll abstain my vote on the extension thing. x3
While some people had real reasons and troubles around, I messed up for plain and simple poor management so asking for another extension feels cheap, even worse if I trash the extra week. .-.
I hope this don't ruin my chances of getting a spot for McBacon Jam and/or being noticed by senpai. <.<

I'm afraid that my utter lack of (any) management will prevent HexComet to release the game in time, we're derailing fast and I see cliffs up ahead... three days.
Awaiting response from the writer right now but if this end up the case, I'll save Mono for a reboot (it can have more story options without the side-quests =^^=) and drop a link for whatever last playable build I end up having on hands in the weekend.
I'll join the cheer squad for instance. I even got a Cheer Dragon set up, go you's!
