OK, two ways to fix the error:
First, do what GreatRedSpirit said.
Or, you can download rgss100j.dll from here and then add it to game folder.

Horrible Game Endings
My First Game
No. Though you might be able to play it fine. I've tried this game on two different computers and they both ran it OK. (except for that one error on my friend's computer, but like I said, it didn't pop up again when we restarted the game).
Like I said, I'm new at this, so these errors confuse the hell out of me.
Ironically, one of the things I'm worried about is that the game may have too much plot in too short an amount of time. When it comes to storytelling, I tend to have pacing difficulty in that my stories are always fast-paced. That's the main reason why the game is so short.
Also, fun fact: I started this game some time ago, and then abandoned it. A few more abandoned projects later, I returned to making this game. Personally, I think it shows. The first half of the game is big, open environments and relies on shock more than atmosphere. The second half has smaller, more claustrophobic environments and relies on atmosphere more than shock.
Also, the dialogue in the second half is much better written than the dialogue in the first half.

Seriously, in that other forum I go to, it takes like 3 hours at minimum to get a single reply.

My First Game
All the non-RTP were taken from resource sites. I made exactly one sprite in this game, and it only appears in the credits, and it is very, very, bad looking.
But now that you mention it, yes. The color red makes me rich. ;D

Earlier today, my friend was playing this and got the same error. We turned the game off and turned it back on and it was fine...
I don't know what the hell is wrong with it. Maybe the file I used was messed up somehow or something.
I am 100% new at this, so I'm at a loss.
