EDIT: On a separate note,is level 47 (on all characters) sufficient to complete Oliver's Corona Lucis temple quest without excessive luck? I feel like at least one of my characters is dying nearly every battle, and I have yet to even get to whatever the gimmick of this dungeon is (something to do with fire, maybe, based on the sign in front?).
EDIT 2: Also,at the point I'm at in the story (which should be obvious from the above hidden text), have I gotten all of the people I can get for Sanctuary? I've currently got:

current stats before going avishun:
-Recruiting: (After alot of Expansions)
jarvis - mossvine forest - citizen
richard - terranoire - citizen
mackie - terranoire - bartender
the bandits: marco, gunner and svetlana - snowfield (need a map) -
walker - snowfield (odd thing map 3)
- blocked entrance to the mine on the surface
- entrance to attis (the village on logos-3)
- inside the lake temple on avishun--he's in the area with the cultist who can talk (not mag)
- beside the teleporter in solomon's furrow
- in sanctuary (your town), got rare crystal. - citizen
Also: before the scientists room (2nd floor) i took the right path without checking the left, so if you get back there, you'll find the 'great beast's horn x1' which is very important for crafting items.
-Map Reward Hunting:
odd thing map 1 - mini shrine (which get your party fully restored after drinking the water)
odd thing map 2 - the bandits
odd thing map 3 - met walker
odd thing map 4 - frozen solid man
odd thing map 5 - frost giant, drops attack nut

ivy - brunhilde - inside her house - divine punishment & brunhilde's soul tear
-Nightmare Dimension: (go to the another room across brunhilde)
the first gate: beginnings - elixir

the third gate: parallels - nightmare mask
the fourth gate: teleporters - mirror of avalon
(theres alot of gates for exciting epic rewards but i guess ill stop on fourth gate for now as the reward need to trade with brunhilde for a new special skill for ivy.)
