Hello, I want to do a cutscene for my game similar like this one seen here?

Make events for one region only [RMVX ACE]
Hello! I'm working on a certain map...here's how it goes. When I exit my house and enter the new region outside, I want there to be a sun graphic and a specific BGM. But here's the problem...The graphic and BGM are still present when I walk back inside of the house! I only want these events in one map only! I'm a newb so detailed event help is needed! Here are the screenshots of my set-up, please let me know what to change.
