Hmm if someone could confirm the ability to emulate on it (without modding), I'd probably get one but unless that happens I'm probably sticking to the old gray fat one I have.

Working Out. Also: Stats. Get off your ass and join in!

So, I did that leg press thingy (machine where you sit and push). Maxed out the machine at 400lbs.

haha i tried using that machine once and failed miserably.

Heh, I can do that too, but what you need to do is sit closer to it and try. You might have a bit more difficulty :P

Oo yeah, we maxed last week

Weight: ~150
Bench: 185
Clean: 180
Squat: 200

We always run out of class time by the time squat comes around, and I cranked that out pretty easy. I'd say I could get 220.

Final Fantasy 13 Delayed

That actually sounds a little better than 12. I've been thinking, and, even though I doubt I'll get a PS3, I'm willing to give FF13 the benefit of the doubt.

Final Fantasy XIII is coming out for the XBOX 360 as well. And who knows? With the developments that have surfaced, I think SE is trying to bring back the Final Fantasy series to greatness.

Won't happen. They've beaten the dead horse for far too long.

So do you think FF should have died a long time ago? I don't, it's a great series, but when I saw FF12's battle system (and this is the only reason), I started to hate SquareEnix for taking away what got me into RPG's in the first place, the classical battle system. Since FF12, they've (apparently) been making nothing but shit (The Last Remnant battle system was even worse than FF12's, but I've yet to play Infinite Undiscovery)

It is obvious that the battle system in most games is what pulls me in.

It's more along the characters and stories. They don't stand out anymore. I mean, you can only have so many zippers on your clothes and increasing the size of your sword to only so big. :P I really don't think a series should get up to THIRTEEN games. Not counting the mounds of crap they managed to push out that isn't even in the steady flow (Crystal Chronicles, FFVII sequels, etc.) It's.. It's just not exciting anymore to see a new Final Fantasy game. It's kind of like bad sitcoms, they try to think up more things when in reality, all there is, is a group of friends in the big city with the gay guy and the funny black dude, and they all rotate with who's nailing who.

Post an interesting fact about yourself!

I'm so obsessed with video games I enjoy watching other people play my favorite games. :-*

Like right now I'm having a blast watching my bro play Fallout 3 for the first time.

Haha I think it's funny watching people play Assassin's Creed for the first time and then assassinate the wrong person, then get surrounded by guards, then hear the flurry of swearing come from said person.

What kind of weapon would you use?

Crescent Moon Blades. but if we're going for more realistic weapons, probably a battle axe. Once you got that thing swinging, we'll there's not much you can do to stop it.

Games you think should be on RMN

Woooow that was a necropost and a half :P

S4D Returns To RMN! Ditching GW In The Process! :)

Seriously man, I come here to converse about all things other than GW. So don't talk about GW with every freaking post you have. That's a problem you still have. NOBODY HERE CARES ABOUT GW. NOBODY! So with that said, welcome back :)

Best and Worst Zelda Game

Hmmm.. I haven't played any recent handheld Zelda games so I can omit those (Phantom Hourglass, minish cap) but anyways:

Best: Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess, which I've beaten both for the gamecube. Never thought that Twilight Princess would be good for the wii. Especially since everything is mirrored which makes Link right handed and that just isn't right...no pun intended.

Worst: Probably Windwaker. I didn't really like Majora's Mask for the whole "The moon is ALWAYS FALLING TO KILL YOU ALL" and I hate having time limits on entire games, but it was still not too bad of a game. Windwaker was really not so bad either considering it had a very solid battle system but I didn't enjoy the insanely long time it takes to go find the pieces to the triforce. The boat aspect just was really tedious.. Step 1) Get in the boat Step 2) Turn the boat in the direction you want to go Step 3) If the wind isn't doing what you want, change it Step 4) Sail for about 15 minutes and not do much else. Even then so, I still liked both of them, and they were trying to find something new to try but that was a big jump in the wrong direction.

Twilight Princess definitely impressed me in all the right ways. I absolutely loved the sound and feel of when you slashed because it felt solid everytime you fought. The graphics also blew me away which isn't easy to do for a gamecube game. Very lengthy and plenty of things to collect. The game becomes a lot more fun whenever you collect more sword techniques. Your horse is a freaking monster in size. It was a little slow to get going, but once it did I didn't ever want to stop. Literally all I did that week was Go to school 8 hours, play twilight princess 8 hours, sleep 8 hours, up until I beat it. In fact, I think I'll start playing it again tomorrow, becuase I haven't played through it in awhile. I also beat Ocarina of Time with every item in 2 days, right before I bought Twilight Princess. Probably the 7th time I've done that. Twilight Princess even had an awesome story. There's really close to NOTHING wrong with that game! Being a wolf was cool, but I didn't like being forced to be one for long periods of time. That's my only complaint. Seriously, combing weapons like bombs and arrows? Why didn't they think of all this before?

Even though the final sword fight with Ganon was easy, it was pretty cool
