author=LockeZHaha, I actually liked Chanawood, but it reminds me of pokemon Cinawood(sp?) Not bad advice, actually. :P I see it as a candid thing though, lol.
I didn't immediately recognize it as being from LotR, but I definitely immediately recognized it as a name I'd heard before.
I say you name it by taking random forum members' names. Chanawood Forest. Den of Narcodis. Miracle Marsh. The Liberty Murk. Swampicrusaius.
...okay my bad advice is done. FOR NOW.
I'll probably end up using a generic fantasy name as it's the first forest/dungeon you enter.

I am very sorry but "Murkwood" is not a name that you can use for a forest :< LotR is a pretty popular series and I'm sure more than one person would notice it Dx I always thought that creating new names for places was more fun anyway! (/atlantis)
I know, I know. ;_; I am all for a name change for the forest, I just wanted a name for a dark forest, but I agree with you!
I've also been lazy because I'd have to change a lot of text, haha. :P

@LockeZ- Yeah I see what ya mean, it does look swampy. It's a forest with streams and rivers running through it here and there. So I guess some areas would be swamp-like? Thanks anyways :)
@chana- Thanks, 'm glad you think so, I edited it into the chipset and liked the way it came out. It's just scenery though, can't enter. :x
@Liberty- Didn't see your post at me! But yeah, I see what you mean. I added the dock in myself and the poistioning could be better, I'll look into it. Thank you :)

@narcodis- Thank you very much! I like the "sparkling" effect the water has over the plain water.
@Demicrusaius- Thank you as well :) it's actually a 2k game, but no one could tell that difference from a mapping screenshot :P
As for making the page, I will soon! Nice to know I'll have one follower at least :D
The game is going to be in chapters, so hopefully I will have chapter 1 out soon as the demo, as it seems people will hold interest longer if there is a semi-complete game they can sink their teeth into.

Hey, glad I saw this. I was going to make my own topic. :o
Just for starters, I really enjoy(ed) drawing but I broke my right wrist severely when I was younger(13ish?) and it never healed right so I lost any previous skill I had with drawing on paper/painting, etc. as well as stopping most future skill from developing.
But I did take to trying to draw in MS paint and similar programs recently, and liked using the mouse, it was easier for some reason, or at least felt like it.
Anyways, in this post I wanna show some of the stuff I've done in MS paint.
Critique is quite welcomed, and I know I suck at human anatomy. x.x
Incomplete girl I started, I'm really bad at legs, and her chest is pretty undefined. Not great with hands either.
This was the first thing I've done recently, had ideas about trying to make a small webcomic about a girl who could see spirits. (never got past this image, ha)
I know they aren't great, but I thought I would share anyways. :)
