Favorite Final Fantasy Title

Man, it's been a while since I sat down and enjoyed this place... one of my true safe havens!

Anyway... I have been playing Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection on my PSP a lot lately, and something struck me: this is the only old school FF title that got a sequel, and it was made over a decade later. Granted, it is a classic and there is an undeniably large fan base, but I am really curious as to why it reached such great popularity.

So, I was curious to see what other people considered their favorite FF game, one that may be deserving of a sequel (if it doesn't already have one), and why it's your favorite. Again, I will wait to post mine, though I will say FF IV is not my favorite.

Rage of Bahamut

So, I found this "new" game that, for the moment, is only available on Android phones (but will be converted to iPhone shortly). It is a card based strategy game, with RPG like elements. It's hard to explain, but I will try to include some pictures that will help describe it. I really enjoy playing it and was wondering if anyone else played. Also, if you want to play as well, you can use a referral code when you join that will give both you and I a significant boost (100,000 rupies (the game's currency, which is a lot) and a rare card you can only get in this manner). My code is xxr49741.

Let me know if anyone else plays, or if you join, and I'll friend you!

World's collide! (on the internet...)

Okay, considering the very fast and very angry degradation of my last topic, I promise not to broach such subjects, at least not for a while.

Anyway, I was wondering how most of you manage your internet persona's? What I mean is, are you friends with a consistent group across all areas (like here, facebook, other gaming sites, etc.)? Or do you kind of know different groups in each place you venture?

I generally keep them separate (not really as a rule, but it just kind of happens this way). I play a couple online games and go to a few different forums, but none of the people (at least as far as I know) crossover. But, it seems like a lot of people here have a similar group of friends all over the place. I could be wrong though... Also, does anyone have any real life friends on here?

Just curious.

Global Warming (again with the contraversy...)

I know that the only other forum topic I posted was EXTREMELY controversial, but this is the stuff that interests me the most! Plus, these are the topics that usually come up late at the bar... I'd rather get a non-slurred, sober, coherent opinion from a wider group, so I come here! Plus, I enjoy hearing what you guys think! Also, if this an old topic, I am sorry; I looked pretty far back, and didn't see anything, so I figured it was fair game.

Anyway...

I am curious as to what people think about global warming. I am talking more about the human effects on the climate, not so much climate change itself. But, any and all comments are welcome! Again, I will hold my tongue until a fair number of posts pop up; I'd rather not turn people away before they post their two cents!

Faith, religion, and you

I looked throughout the 'General Discussion' section of the forum to see if a topic like this has come up, and came up with nothing. I'm sorry if I'm digging up something old.

Anyway, this is a topic that I always find interesting. Not really an icebreaker, but I usually end up asking my newer friends about it somewhere along the line. I am most curious about what people believe, why, and how strongly. I have met plenty of people that say they follow X teachings, but don't practice them that faithfully. I have also met others that are very devout and believe the teachings very closely and take things very seriously.

It's also interesting to hear their history into how they came to their conclusions. Most people were brought up a certain way, while others had a particular experience at one point in their life that lead them down their current path. I want to leave my views out for the moment so I do not discourage anyone from joining the discussion or encourage negativity off the bat (not that I think either would happen, but I'd rather get the ball rolling first before I volunteer any personal views).

I realize this is a sensitive topic, and I promise I am not flaming, trolling, or grabbing for any kind of negative attention. I am just curious. Again, if this is old, please let me know.

Final Fantasy: Endless Nova

This is a game I played a few years back and forgot to transfer it to my new computer. Luckily, I found it again, but I could have sworn it used to have a page here. Either way, I remember there be a minor bug somewhere in the game that frustrated me enough to stop playing. As far as I can tell, the game hasn't been updated since then, and I don't think it's possible to contact them via the website I got the game from (http://www.velv.net/). Anyone have any idea about how to contact this person or know of what the latest version of the game is?

Thanks in advance!

Fire God Saga

Ok, I found one other post about this game, and all people sad was to refer to its game page. As far as I know, it was taken down moths ago. Luckily, I downloaded it before it went down. Does anyone know who made this game and/or what happened to them? It is a REALLY good game; quirky as hell, but a fantastic play. The main reason I want to know who made it is to see if they would put it back up here, and, if not, would I be allowed to post it?

Thanks in advance!

Rose Chronicles...?

First time on the forums... sorry if someone has already asked about this, but as I was going through my MASSIVE stock of games, I came across a game called 'Rose Chronicles'. I haven't gotten far, but it seems like a solid game. It's not exactly a traditional RPG, and has incorporated some pretty interesting gameplay elements (nothing ground breaking; just stuff I haven't seem in any other games). Anyway, I really hate getting into a great game only to find out it's a demo or an incomplete game. Considering the amount of work that went into it, I wouldn't have been surprised if it were either one, so I came on here to check it out. As far as I can tell though, it doesn't exist (at least on here) and only found one other place (with the help of the all mighty Google) which had very limited information.

Anyone else have this game/played it/have any idea as to what I'm referring to? Please let me know! Thanks in advance!
