Brilliant! Just Brilliant! I just finished playing it through and i have to say, its much better than many of the SNES and PSX RPG's i used to play back in the day. Definitely the best RPG maker game so far in my opinion. I think i wont be wrong in saying that me and most other fans would like to see a sequel or perhaps an expansion along the lines of FF: The After Years in the future. I hope that you guys really do consider it.

Well, I always imagined Merces not as an evil character, but as a neutral character. Basically, he was in Terminus' employ because he was drawn to the powers that Castoth provided him with, but he didn't quite realise the extent of the deeds he would be ordered to do.

It's supposed to allude to her being stuck there fighting him for all eternity, but I intentionally made it ambiguous. Glad to hear you enjoyed the game! The sequel is still in development, but you can play the entire first chapter (about 4 hours long) if you're eager for more!


Thanks! I will do just that :). Another point which struck me in Legionwood was Merces apparent reluctance to assasinate the kings. Was Merces somewhat of a "good" guy? Did he want Lann to kill Castoth?

Finally finished this wonderful game in 23 hours at Level 52. Does the final scene where Liara grabs the sword and jumps at Castoth signify anything other than her finally killing the being?

It's held by a skeleton on the second Frozen Forest map, if I remember correctly.

Thanks a lot. I missed it due to the snow. Is level 33 a good enough level going into Makir? Also, i have to simply bow to the quality of the music. FB001 is one of the best battle music i have heard :). Thanks for putting in such great work, i am looking forward to Legionwood 2
