Something happened to me last night when I was driving home. I had a couple of miles to go. I looked up and saw a glowing orange object in the sky. It was moving irregularly. Suddenly, there was intense light all around. And when I came to, I was home.

What do you think happened to me?

Sailerius: Do you mean when you try to install it, or run the game itself? Either way, that's the first time I've heard of that happening... Can you run it in "Windows XP Compatibility Mode" by any chance?
When I run the game itself. I tried running it in XP compatibility mode and get the same result.

EDIT: For good measure, I also tried Vista compatibility mode and also "troubleshoot compatibility" but none of the permutations of options did anything different.

When I try to run it, it crashes with no error message. Any suggestions?

I get the feeling that English isn't Vinicius's first language. Cut him some slack - it seems like he just used poor wording.
