Something happened to me last night when I was driving home. I had a couple of miles to go. I looked up and saw a glowing orange object in the sky. It was moving irregularly. Suddenly, there was intense light all around. And when I came to, I was home.

What do you think happened to me?

I guess this is for pre-ordering the Windows (and maybe Mac and Linux) version of the game right?

Yup.

When we're ready, yes. We need the trailer done before then, though.

To people who read ebooks more often than me: is there a particular format you prefer them in? PDF and epub seem to be the most common.

I'm always interested in programming posts from you, even if they are very specific on a subject I don't know much about

Oh, good! Well, this one will have lots of pretty pictures. It's going to be less about programming and more about the design aspect.

Nice! I love Unity, but I'm completely self-taught programming wise and I haven't had the chance to learn lot of the more advanced stuff Unity can do, like Shaders and Editor Tools.

I'm definitely hyped to see how this game turns out, too! I've only messed with the new 2D sprite stuff a bit but it already seems crazy useful.

Ah, then you're in for a treat! Shaders aren't difficult, it just requires a certain literacy to learn the subject. I might do a basics of 3D graphics post to help establish a basic graphics literacy before I tackle the more advanced topics.

Oh, goodie, an audience! I actually spent a decent chunk of my academic career studying shaders and graphics programming, and have been looking for a good chance to write about the subject.
