Something happened to me last night when I was driving home. I had a couple of miles to go. I looked up and saw a glowing orange object in the sky. It was moving irregularly. Suddenly, there was intense light all around. And when I came to, I was home.

What do you think happened to me?

Technically speaking, I'm not averse to people interested in starting new projects either, but you'd need to make a strong case for it based on your past track record.

Just so we're straight, I think Kickstarter is a phase whose time will pass, so when the topic of discussion is the moral ethics behind the whole process, I tune out.

But the real thing to do was to notify Kickstarter of the rule violation and let them put his feet to the fire. Asking him personally to rescind it might have worked, but the results are clear now.

We did. Kickstarter does not take down projects for violating the law.

Sure is curious how it covered a $500 gap in the last second.

Bets on whether or not he ever shows his face here again? Now that he has his money, he doesn't need to keep up the "it's for the community!" parade any longer.

Actually, I based that mindset comment off of the many things you've said in the past. It's not the first time you've done that.

Good luck, I'll keep an eye out for it the PSN store so I can go "Oh look, there it is." Gonna release a demo? :D I don't buy games anymore but I like to play demos. I rarely buy games without testing too, so maybe that will help people decide to buy it.

I'll take my dumb questions elsewhere now.

There'll absolutely be a demo. The way I'm planning for it to work is that you download the game for free and the first dungeon constitutes the demo, after which it prompts you to purchase EP1, which unlocks the rest of it. I personally find it annoying to download a demo, play it, then have to download a separate version for the full game.

Congrats Sai, I'm really happy for you. You've come a long way.

Thanks! I'm hoping to still go a long way further.

Not exactly, but that's kind of how it works out in the end. Right now, I'm planning for every episode to be the same price, including EP1, even though the vast majority of the work is going to be frontloaded.

Vacant Sky coming to PSN

Yeah, there will be DLC, which is actually one of the major features we need for the game. Since VSA is episodic, the additional episodes will be delivered as DLC, otherwise you'd end up with 8 versions of the same game crowding your library.

I can't talk about the behind the scenes stuff, sorry.

Also, if anyone has any good suggestions for interesting ways to use Vita features, let me know!

Celebrating over 1000 downloads!!!

Seconded. I didn't think there were any stats for game pages.

Also, I noticed you used the trademark symbol in the name of your Kickstarter project. Does that mean you've legally filed for a trademark with the US government? If not, did you know that it's illegal to use that symbol?
