1. Neo the Ruffian from The Ruffian Lore
2. Character's main power is spreading disharmony among his enemies and he can power it up with scamp clam meals found here and there in the playable areas. They are usually located nearby water.
3. The gameplay is loosely tactic active battle system. With different kind of mischiefs Neo can use, the player is able to distract the enemies to get upper hand in a fight or pass by them without being noticed in sections where discreet actions are needed. Aside the chaotic Ruffian powers of the villaneous protagonist, Neo can also pick and choose weapons from the environment or optionally purchase some from shop. To his array of weapons belongs anything from spoons to abandoned wheelbarrows.

5. Neo has big chin and bulky shoulders, he has messy greasy hair and wears the traditional Ruffian clothing with tabard in Ruffian national colors, blue and yellow.
6. The Ruffian Lore's story is relatively familiar from several other fantasy games. The country protagonist's fatherland at the seashore, Ruffia, is manned by a large empire seeking to conquer the world under it's power. As Ruffia is relatively low in technology and had a history characterized with war and poverty, the country has no chance. Until a rebellious hero, full of national pride, rises to save his country.

In the end the game reveals a questionable twist that the empire was after world piece and Neo's goal was to destroy the world as it was known for man.

Little is known about the developer of the game as it was a small indie game with not many copies released. Rumors say the developer wanted to make a deep game exploring the perspectives of heroism and realm of villains, but the rather hasty execution made the story more of poor comedy.
