Fuck, you know what? I say just go for it. Even if it gets both of you fired. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to risk never knowing what could have been just for the sake of protecting a job. There are plenty more jobs in the world than there are chances for love.
You can't have your cake and eat it too. Obviously the topic creator needs to do some serious thinking about what their priorities are and what makes them happy, because it seems to me like the only reason this topic was even created was because the original poster wanted someone to reassure them that they weren't doing something wrong.
