What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?
Currently rocking face in KOF2K2 Unlimited Match. I'm still going ga-ga over all the sick combos and crap I can do with this game's version of Omega Rugal...!
Shmeckie's Comic Art and Character Sketches!
I can double-post to add pictures, right? It is relevant to the topic at hand, after all...
This one was for a net-friend. I did some character designs for him, and when I asked if he wanted any more designs, and he jokingly suggested I draw his character in a bikini. So, I did it, because I am a whore.

It's Over 9000!!! (Vegeta Fanart)
The anatomy's pretty good, but it's all slanted, and it looks like you made his pecs way too tall. Also, I wouldn't recommend immitating Toriyama's style. You're missing alot of key components to it, so it just looks off...
Other than that, it ain't half bad.

Post your favorite video game official art/concept art.
The King of Fighters series has always had fantastic artwork and character designs. KOF2K2UM, while being probably the best game in the series yet, with the best soundtrack as well, rounds out its knockout performance with the best artwork in the series...
Nameless

I absolutely love how this character seems to have a "strands and lines" theme to his design. His torn cape, the emphasis on the lines in his unkempt hair, and the way his energy appears like brushes of ink, it's a great aesthetic.
Omega Rugal

One of my favorite characters in the franchise, Rugal looks simply badass incarnate here. I really like the skull aura (folks who've played the games would know what it is). Depicting his classic attack effect in game art like this was a cool touch.
NESTS Team

Angel's definately got some sex appeal going on here, but what I like most about this picture is Kula's ice effect. The spread effect, and use of foreshortening, just looks great, here.
The Leaders of NESTS

I particularly love the artwork of Igniz, here (man on the right). The attack effect is cool enough, put his pose and demeanor really have that feel of "look at me, and am I man-pretty machine of destruction." Plus, the colored glow against his generally colorless palette makes for a cool effect.
Nightmare Geese

Another one of my favorite characters. No need to delve into this one, it just looks fuggin' awesome.

The Geek Hierarchy -- an editorial that everyone should read
After looking at this list, I feel like I dodged a bullet... I'm casually into a few of these things, but not has hardcore as each category. Probably why I can talk to women...
