I've always wondered, in Rpg2k3 is there a way to have a picture display itself on the map without scrolling? I believe there is an option to nullify the scrolling but it doesn't seem to work. I'm trying to use this method for a specific effect. Suggestions?

Making First RPG (good story planned)
It's funny because the basis of your plot is similar to mine as far
as the war and division of technology goes. I'd say your two
opposing sides need more incentive for their wanting to win
the war than just "WORLD DOMINATION!!!" Not that it wouldn't
play as an integral part of their wanting to win. You need
points in your plot that'll grab the attention of the player.

RMN Map-Design Contest [Winners announced]
Not sure if that's allowed. There was a hell of a lot wrong with this chip,
that I would have switched out with the Rudra Forest chipset that I
personally use. Either way, I'm about to send in my submission.
Seeo happens to be featured in the beginning of this thing.
