Screenshot Thread With One Eyebrow and a Golden Tooth

@SE: Thanks man, I worked hard on it.

The npc's with bubbles trigger the following type of events.

The "..." Bubble or "Dialogue" bubble trigger informative
events, or events that have to do with conversation. Many
of these help improve a character's "Destiny Thread" or
bond with another character. Improving this stat is
beneficial for powering up the two-person skills called
Destiny Bonds.

The " ! " Bubble or "Event" bubble will either trigger some sort of event,
or sidequest. Some merely being extra scenes and some
bearing rewards depending on what the particular event
is.

I've added this element to the game to promote exploring.
Finding these npc's and talking to them opens several
doors. By taking a break from the plot and searching
for as many of these guys as possible can definitely
give you an edge over other obstacles in the game.

I added several of these events to the castle to
give the player an early since of the concept
early in the game.

Speaking of consistency. I took the liberty of making a new castle for Sirdeka.
Thus is what I came up with...

Sentiments please.

RMN Map-Design Contest [Winners announced]

Heh, I've sent mine in a couple days ago. Though I'd love to show you guys the map.
I'm refusing to do so, until Judgement is given.

Consistency of my Game

@SE:Right now, I'm trying my best to develop and code my CBS and CMS.
Once all of that is done, and I finish eventing the story sequences
I will start up my Second Official Progress Thread for the game.
Until then, I've no release dates. I've been revamping and escalating
every aspect of my game for close to three years now. I'm a little
too passionate about my work...

Also, I took the screens by taking several pictures in
test play and stringing them together.

@Craze: I will upload it to the site's database tonight.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate your words.

Consistency of my Game

I've gone through shitloads of chipsets since I've began my project. I currently have settled with my Refmap/Rudra mixture. Although here and there I throw in a random chipset that I don't think looks TOO bad. What do you think of my consistency, and if it all works well enough to have a high visually pleasing project.

Let's start with the Enviornment of
and surrounding the kingdom of Sirdeka.

The Forest

Sirdeka Forest consists of two halves. The first treasure latent and
filled with exploration and pending small battles. The other Half, the
path leading out into the Arcian Region of Alterra. Filled with monsters
and the common path-halter's of a hero's journey. I use the Rudra Forest
chipset.

The City

The Kingdom of Sirdeka is a bustling city of old age. The Kingdom
derives it's name from being built in a circular structure to help
in it's defense. The kingdom is renown for it's military prowess.
And focuses mostly on that aspect. I also used a Rudra Chipset
to map this.

Sirdeka Interiors

A basis which has caused mixed views in several people's opinions.
The following are two shops I've currently mapped for Sirdeka. Originally,
using Refmap chips for the interiors. I felt as if they weren't realistic
enough for the indoor feel I wanted Sirdeka to display. And though not
specifically meant for a Theo chip. I don't think they stand out too
bad. Lemme know what you think I should do with this. I've halted
further development of the interiors until this has been settled.

The Castle

Created before my use of Rudra Chips, stands Sirdeka Castle. The symbol
of Sirdeka's military might. However nicely crafted, I wonder if the
castle molds well enough with the Rudra counterpart of the town?

Your views are very much appreciated. Thanks in advance,

Preference in Rpgmaker Games

I'm beginning to understand now. This has helped me tremendously.
A lot of your views are similar to my own. Definitely going
to be taking all of this, to better my skills as an indie
developer.

Iron Man

(Hoping none of the members are in the Federal Department of Criminal Justice.)
I just copped the bootleg today. It's almost hard to tell it is one watching it.
I'll be reliving this film once again this afternoon!

Preference in Rpgmaker Games

As I've been working on my project. I've often wondered to myself what players usaully look for in games period. But seeing as most Rpgmaker projects are overlooked. I'm
curious as to what hooks you into an rpgmaker project, and keeps you hooked.

demondestiny's anime topic!!!

I'm actually dedicated to very few anime. Though I've
seen many here and there. I'm currently only paying
much attention to Naruto and Bleach. Though I
also enjoyed:

Kikaider
Flame of Recca, and Tenchi Muyo in my younger days.
The last manga I read was M.A.R but the anime for
it, sucked all kinds of ass. Anime is alright I
guess, It's kind of hard not to watch any seeing
as I'm into the whole RPG biz.I'm just having a little
trouble remembering all 3000 of these anime's characters
fancy ass japanese names...

Worst video games you've played this year

Wild Arms XF for the PSP...
It focused way too much on minigame
battles, than actual character improvement
and fighting. I stopped playing after like the
4th battle. Albeit that it got solid reviews...
I still say it was a dissapointment...
Good thing I downloaded it.
