That looks like just a regular spreadsheet to me.
Under the hood this data is being fetched directly from NASA

...but really, all the combinations (bottom part) are calculated in real time from the values on the top.
I... really like spredsheets :3

I miss XP's 3 layers u.u

...again, TileD plugin for MV is miles above XP. Not exactly user friendly (but then neither was XP, so)

Basically you import chipsets (any sizes) and make your own layers (any amount).

That makes me wish we could use the software Tiled with it. Anyway I'm on VXAce so i'm boned

Hah, I know that feel. I've dropped out of 2 game making events due to the most random illnesses (and another 2 or 3 due to PC problems). Get better soon
