I'm diggin' it! This looks really cool! Though, the beard seems to have some strokes of dark gray, and there are a few streaks of grayish-white in places. Otherwise, I absolutely love it!

It's been forever since I listened to the RPG Maker XP RTP BGM, so I can't really make any sort of comparison. But I think this is quite nice!

I think they all look quite lovely. Especially the bottom one. He just looks truly dazzling. Very fitting to the role of a Hero I think! He has that "Brave" look about him. Love it!
Though I do see what you mean about the blonde male. Something about him is off, I think it has something to do with his hair. Or maybe his eyes. But I'm unsure.
