Usually, it's polite to avoid talks about modkills and subs and suggesting either. The other thing is, Milk, you should bloody contribute something. Give us an opinion or something. I've read through and I guess Cap_H's reasoning makes sort of sense.

Things I've noticed:
1. On day one, everyone is at each other's throats.
2. Psychoanalysis of every post.
3. The other posts are loooong. Paragraphs. Wow.
Conclusion:
Everyone is extremely dedicated to this. They look to find the most obscure speaking patterns, looking at other people's post history, and going off of that for their normal speech.
Then, they simply read what was posted, and their previous posts to find speech differences.
All in all, you guys, combined, are like Sherlock Holmes. Jeez.
