IX is horrible. Seriously. It's almost worse than VIII, and VIII was really bad.
Unless you're going by the first disc only, because that was passable if you ignored the battles.
I've heard so many good things about IX I doubt it's "horrible" ... maybe that's just your opinion.
I do agree with VIII being kind of bad though, I used to play it only for FF sake. I didn't really like it, I just thought it was going to be a continuation of FF7, but boy was I wrong.

I've had Woratana's NMS forever, but I don't know how to use the fuction for slowing speed of text (It doesn't say in the comments :I)

Ummm Captain, that's not really manipulated the flow of the text ... it just puts 15 / 30 frame stops. I wouldn't wanna do something like this to have slow text:
"H\.I\. I\.'\.M\. V\.E\.R\.I\.F\.Y\.E\.D\. R\.A\.S\.T\.A\." You know?

I like the legend of zelda which is a cliche every game.
However I think nintendo needs to do something new with the game.
I wouldn't want them to change it. Probably wouldn't buy it if they did.
