You don't have the RTP of RMVX Ace? Because I double checked what you mentioned and the missing file for you is exactly the Tile E from the default RTP.

I said at the blog post that the RTP is not included, so, if you install it you can keep playing.

Another guy had the same problem, he installed and the problem was solved.

Well, about Fumiko x Jubei... I also thought about the similarity between them and Garnet/Zidane in FF9 and I know how to aviod that. In fact, I haven't decided yet if Jubei and Fumiko will be a romantic couple, I want to let the player thinks what will happen for me to come with a big surprise later, so, considering your comments, I'm doing the right way! Heh. I'm trying to be original as possible, but is hard to change Jubei's cliche attitude because he needs to be that way to some things make more sense in the future. The game is only in it's beginning if I compare to what I've planned for it, so, lots of things can happen/change. I can advance to you that sad things will happen in the future.

About Kitsu-chan dual attack, believe me: I tried everything I could to make him do exactly how you described, but until now, I haven't figured out how to do it. I'm still trying, sooner or later I'll figure out how do it!

It can't be the game. I tested it again and it worked. I really don't know what happened.

I opened the tilesets tab and checked the Tile E: it is blue marked, what means that it is the default RTP Tile E.

If you have the RTP, put the Tile E graphics in the graphics/tilesets folder of the RTP system folder and see if the error persists.
