... is a LoOnY PiOnEEr (of Super Nintendo World Maps) named Max K.L of the golden state. This awesome dude totally believes games could be more (hoooly!) than giant ~bouncing~ tatas, explosions and muscles. Max wishes to share a world inside the dude's head to those who cared to turn around, and prove to Guy Montag that not all interactive media will become Soldiers of Dumb.

Damnit. I don't know how to do this.

RMN Snews - Issue #22

Yay! Snews!

Uh? Do you guys listen to music?

Uhmm!

To get the thread back on topic.

I enjoy listening to an eclectic mix of music. When I was younger, I use to be a huge fan of progressive rock , though my love for it kind of waned a bit. I still like it, but not nearly as much as I use to. My favorite band then was Dream Theater, though I stopped listening to their newer material past A Change of Season and Scenes from a Memory, which were both masterpieces, in my opinion. Nowadays, I just bounce from song to song, genre to genre. Though it is typically concentrated in Jazz, Folk, Videogame Soundtracks and Progressive Rock, still. I've also taken a liking to a few random specific songs like Ordinary World by Duran Duran, though I don't really listen to much of their other stuff. Oh! I can't forget to mention I adore Space Rock and Post-Modern Rock as well; I haven't heard many people talk about that genre, sadly. :(

Here are some samples of some badass sounds.

I think, in short, I really like "dreamy" songs that give me a rich sense of imagery. I guess that is why most of my favorite songs tend to be instrumental. The ones that do have lyrics typically relate to my life and allows me to just self-reflect after a difficult day or time.

I don't like latest screenshot because it just becomes a massive flood of one game when a new game is posted.

Let's Try - Season 2

Not make them anymore. I didn't take them down because I didn't have a lot of viewership. I never cared about that. It's the fact that developers didn't watch them is why I realized it was mostly pointless. -_- I'll probably get back to it, but I need a break. Also, if I cut out so much, what's the point? I already cut out battles. Remember, this is like a live beta-test for developers to watch.

Ehhh. I guess I have to try then.

Save the American economy.

Eh. It's tough because I hate hearing my own voice. I heard Fraps has the option of recording sounds from the machine, but Fraps records full screen only and I have a wide screen computer that has funky resizing issues. Another issue I'd have is trying to put the two (video and audio) back together again.

Also Jude, I don't know what your problem is. I made this topic half facetiously, for starters. Second, I am not putting a gun to anyone's head and telling them to give me money. I am just asking if someone could help me get a better mic (which looks like I won't need to) so I can do something for the community. I already have a mic I am personally okay with, but other people gave me complaints about noise.

I shouldn't be offended by what Dudesoft said and laugh it off, since I don't even know if he was joking, but I work for cash on and off when I get an offer and I save it.

Hm. I don't really want a headset, I just wanted better quality. Are there any tips you have for fixing the quality? I wanted to somehow record the game's sounds through the machine, but I just don't know how.

Really? Someone complained that there was a lot of noise in the mic.
