there'll probably be a lot of stuff submitted at the last minute (the best kind of submissions! i am kind of regretting releasing early now because the deadline rush is always a lot of fun)

Ghost Voyage
Let's name this game Final fantasy because it is a RPG.
I think if your game is a generic enough rpg to pass as an ff fangame regardless of the specific characters and settings involved then the title is the least of your worries.
The most must-have rpg for the psp
I would recommend tracking down an import of the Japanese RPG "Oni Watusi Aie!" (roughly translated as "Corpse-Man Soup Travel") which features an innovotive card-based battle system and realistic goblin physics, as well as a custom ageing system for your party members.

or maybe I'm just bitter because I've seen a few contests like this and they invariably involve a slew of promising-looking but overambitious RM games that never get completed and it always seems like completely missing the point of a TWO WEEK CONTEST. especially one near the christmas season. did this really seem like the best oppurtunity to develop a megagame?
these posts sound kind of hostile and they really weren't intended to be but you know it's just kind of gross seeing what could have been a fun, creative oppurtunity to toss silly ideas around bloat into some humourless g-gotta release the best gam.... gotta have my cbs thing
idk whatever you decide though! and seeing how most of the entries are rm ones i don't doubt they'd be grateful for the assistance

ugh fuck all y'all don't take it out on the rest of us just because RM2k3 is awful for anything except EPIC RPGS
really I don't care too much because I would have submitted what I did regardless of the time limit but A WEEK EXTENSION come on you fucking pussies. maybe next time yuo should spend less time on custom chipset lightings?? i mean, not to be a dick about it but i'm pretty sure the point of stuff like this is to just fuck around with cool short games and not bitch about somehow not having enough time to release some ludicrously overpolished six-member MAGNUM OPUS with custom zoid system
