YMNV

"Ancient scripture describe YMNV (pronounced 'Ymunewvah') as 'Diety of the birds'. This is thought to be a mistranslation as he does not resemble a bird at all!" (Enemy is immune to CURSE magic)
Chompy

"Air bagpipe champion!"
@suzy_cheesedreams: Those look like really nice childrens book illustrations... like an adaptation of Dr. Suess in terms of color with a bit of old Nintendo illustrations on style. I like it!
@PsiSteve: I don't know why... but I'm reminded of Bevis and Butthead or early Mike Judge cartoons in pixels from your mobs.

I'm amazed and how many different approaches to the sprite work I'm seeing, both conceptually and executively.

@Trihan
You know... I never noticed that until now... but yes... it DOES sound like a dungeon or cave theme! I'll see what else I can do to it!

Seems like an improvement to me...
I'm glad all the input and reviews have been pretty constructive.

chenbaiwan, The Hunt is wonderful, serious Celtic themes going on there with that Bodhrán (assuming that's what it is because it sounds like it). I'm not sure I'd pair it with an actual hunt in a game, it seems more a village or possibly woodland theme.
Thanks! I was going for something Celtic and light but with a bit of excitement. I agree, that in spite of its name it would be more appropriately used for a woodland area or perhaps a mountainside village.

@ chenbaiwan:
The hunt: Hello middle ages. Surely light-hearted, though especially so for a medieval setting. It'll be easier to build a loop of this if you include some recurring sections though. As for the mix, I'd experiment with the tambourine thing having a bit less volume, so it wouldn't be as dominating and stealing attention from rest of the soundscape.
Harmony: This sounds rather atonal. Not sure if this is intended. It doesn't sound particularly pleasing to me because of it, though. :(

...and not quite done, with 'Harmony', but working on it as we speak.
