Then you go out and look at the wind in the trees for a while. Best feeling.
That just means it's time to consume the next piece of excellent media!

Or it just means you need to find something to fill the void.
The feeling's a lot harder to get as you get older :(
I recommend The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett

Good point! As they say...the cure of an obsession is to get obsessed on another thing! :D
Mushishi makes everything better. That's my two cents!

The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett

My dad used to recommend that one to me when I was a kid (ie. I was quite happy with my Dragonlance novels). It fell off the map eventually, but I really should check it out now, being old enough to appreciate it.
There's no middle ground, though. When I'm into a reeeeeally good something, I want to get to the end. As I get close there's the anticipation of finally seeing the ending. If it's a show, I'll keep watching until I get there even if it's 4am u.u (Dexter)

Then you get the ending, there's a sweet release, and you move right into wishing there was more xD Lucky for Dexter there is more! But there is no more Deathnote. But there is more Star Trek!

Just move onto something else quick to fill dat void
