KCDOG76'S PROFILE

Ok, can anyone help me, I can't seem to find a way to make treasures & chests stay empty. I can do it, but whenever the map is refreshed (by exiting & reentering) the chest is full again.
Can anyone give me a guide on how to do this? Please, I need help.

I also don't understand Variables. I dun't know how to construct them & how they work.
I realise I'm a bit of a newb here. I read the "?" Help section on it, but it's limited & I don't quite understand all of it.

One more thing, I only have RPG Maker XP, so I won't understand much on older versions, so please make your answer regarding this Version. Thank you for any help. ;D
