To trigger the lightning, you have to enter the item shop, speak with the captain at the bar in the Pub, speak with the blue caped man at the piano in the Bar, and speak with the green haired man in the Armor Shop. If all was done correctly, exiting the town should trigger a cutscene that shows that you were being watched. Then head east of the tower and that should cause the rumblings.

how ic an increase the ratio of bosses leaving sweet loot?
Unfortunately, there's no other way to increase drop rates! Most of the optional loot can be good, but it's not necessary, the important stuff is always a 100% drop


so basicaly save and load and load and load?
