I agree that the story ended up quite confusing. It's meant to be like a hint puzzle, but even then it's still barely explained (mostly I didn't want to overload the text with a lot of explanations being such a short game). Aside from practicing atmosphere design and mapping, it ended up being a storytelling practice too. I have a long way to learn to tell stories with the environment and subtle hints, but I'm glad it was still enjoyable!! I'm especially glad you liked the maps!
