@Craze:
Because, the icons are inconsistent, I guess? :(
Originally the parchment ones were supposed to be "spells" and the other "skills", but that kinda got lost now.
Also, I don't actually draw them haha, I'm only capable of tiny minor graphical modifications, so I use what I can find and download from online resource sites.
to everyone else, thanks for the comments! :)
I've considered them all.

Yeah, you're probably right... I'll try and work with the color on the logos.
Also maybe I'll weaken the "strength" of the color flashes associated with the various status effects...

Those are Noish's skills, by the way... I'm still short of a couple skills for him.
Also testing some of the new states.
I wonder if the screen is too busy with all those flashing colors and icons over the characters and enemies...
What do you think? :)

Random Number Generation: The death of the Critical Hit
well, I guess it depends.
As Feldschlacht pointed out, the luck factor is cool.
Personally, what made it even cooler for me about criticals in some games is the "flashy and spectacular" associated with them. I specifically remember Fire Emblem 4 for the SNES and how awesome the battle animations for the critical hits were just plain awesome (a trend that continues in the series).
Also, unless I'm mistaken, in that game there were skills and weapons that influenced the probability of critical strikes, so... there was some strategy to them, albeit limited.
So, in theory, there could be ways to tie critical hits and RNG-affected stuff with player actions to some degree.
EDIT: What I was thinking as I wrote this is: yeah, default RPG Maker "Critical Hits" in the DBS are probably boring... some sprucing them up certainly can't cause any harm.

Fuck It Review
No problem! I might try the director's cut when I have some more free time.
As for everybody else reading, given that this is my first review, I'm open to considering suggestions about the format.

First Monday of 2011 Gone :)
haha! yeah Everguard, that is just tiny minor map, there are supposed to be a lot of those.
And yeah I had a few scripts implemented, but my main focus at this point is not copy pasting pre made scripts, and certainly not to get caught implementing too wild features.
That bestiary thing is just a possibility right now.
What I want to do is learn to do small tweaks to things from the default RM scripts... knowledge which may come in handy for future projects. :)

I'm not exactly sure what the purple part at the back of her hair on the side view is meant to be. It looks out of place.
This :)
But otherwise not bad at all, in my opinion.
