Ok in the area with the tree, the shiny object and the red chest with a cave behind it.....theres a bush which needs cutting but no matter how I try to engage it, it wont cut it.
about that area. as i stated before that area is not implemented yet thats why you cant cut the bush at this time.

actually just tell me where the bush is. i wen through all the bushes today and didnt find one u couldnt cut. so tell me where the bush is and ill look into it. u can use fraps or bandicam to take screens

Ok...but I get nothing saying I can cut the bush...it simply says I NEED to cut the bush.
is your path being blocked and u cannot proceed?
if so take a screen shot of the area and event. if the bushes cant be cut then that is a problem.

yes where he rests up. the wood bane sword is just an extra weapon that is better than the long sword u dont have to buy it. and as of right now allit will do u is give u more defense. when the amulet is equipped talk to the shrub and ul have an option to cut them.

Oooooook now I have norina or whatever AND the rescued girl. Back to the cave bottom right? I still cant cut that bush....I bet I have to save up to buy that WOOD BANE SWORD...right? Man it takes forever to make money! I went out and fought orcs and birds on the main map. AmI on the right path here or what am I missing now?
head back to Taer's base. you have to equip the trimming amulet to cut the bushes. making money is actually very easy when you see what i have instore for later in the game.

Ok finally made it to the girl who wanted the fruit and found a rest spot....yayyyyy. I went and lost a battle to several soldiers but that was my fault for fighting a battle badly. Should I be there now or go back to that cave now that I have a trimmer?

I gave the girl the fruit but she still says if i dont have business then I should leave. Am I supposed to wait until a fruit grows so I can head back north or what?
check your invenory you should have the fruit if lyda. the event where the message appears stating u got it probably didnt proc.

i must have not turned that off. you should not be able to exit from that portal yet. thanks for finding this out.
