The Sword or the Pen: Your Character's Weapon Preference in RPGs
Swords are used in rpgs because they symbolize fantasy, as do Dragon's and Fairy's and so on. This has not changed because it was to perfect! Think about it, Final Fantasy, and Zelda ( I know Zelda is not an RPG) for the nes took us to such a high platform, that certain things could in no way be better. It could just be copied and changed around, and better graphics. A sword symbolizes strength, heroism, and Fantasy and fantasy is what a rpg is supposed to be all about. A character with a gun that saves the world is not as epic, nor heroic, as one that does it with a sword. I'll go with Skywalker, before I go with Rambo!!
Remaking old parts of your project!
I have gotten soooooooooo much better with my maps. But as soon as I started getting real good, that's when I stopped making my game and started fuck'n around with maps. when I finally got it down, I began working on my game again... I don't half-ass anything, in fact I'm a little too obsessed, that's why my game will not be ready until early 09. Hahahahawhooooo, I can't wait man!!!!

RPG Maker Games V.S Commercial Games
Ok, ok I finished all 6 eps of the way, and I will say it was well put together> I did not understand that it wasn't 6 different games it was all the same just broken down. I do apologize for wrongly criticising the game. Now that I have played all the eps (which again I thought it was 6 different games) I will also say Ep 1 is now one of my fav one's. I liked 3 and 4 the best. Again I apologize to the creator as well as the hardcore fan base the game obviously has! I still don't think it's worthy of my money, but I did enjoy it alot more then I thought I was going to.

OK fine, I will download the rest of the way ep's. but if the first one is lame I don't see how the other one's can be better, it's like whoever made the game had sequel in his mind before he even finished the first one, and it shows. But like I said I will download the rest and tell you what I think.

I only play rpg's, so I don't really care if there is any other type of game maker out there, I think it's possible to make a game with RM that can even surpass most commercial rpg's ( and your talking to a guy that has played, beaten , and can recite, damn near every single rpg ever made!) The problem is people do not take the time to make there games as good. It's not enough to have good graphics, an okay story, that kinda brings you in but not really. It's not enough to spend days on your computer making the best area's or battles... For the answer we have to go back... I'm talking waaaaayyy back to a time when we wrote thing's on paper!!!
You have to create your story on paper, you have to have used some form of drugs(Hey, I don't care what anybody says it expands your mind to things straight people could Never ever come up with)And you also have to have sheer minded determination!!! You have to be a little off your rocker as well. I don't know if you have ever seen Hironobu Sakaguchi (the creator of Final Fantasy) Dude is a little crazy.

File Size of RPG's?
I don't really mind file size, because as mentioned before, you can always erase it.
And if it's a completed game and only has 14mb or something that small, then I problely won't try it cause it sounds already like it's a small, thrown together game that's not worth playing. I'm in to a long, deep, involving story.
