Death Animation (Need your help)

Oh... Now is much better, you should thank your friend ;) (I'm sure you already did)

Yeah, I did, but I don't feel proud of myself, because he was the one who made the animation better, not me. I knew there was something missing but I just couldn't know what it was. I'm just disappointed in myself.

Great atmosphere! I like it!

Too bad that scene only lasts 2 seconds, hahaha.

Well, you're right that it's pretty fast... Although one can understand what's going on, i would prefer to make it a bit slower. Apart from this i think it's everything alright, i really like it! Good job! One thing more though, maybe if I would be at your place I will add some plants or something that decorates a bit the hall near the windows... It looks a bit empty for me, but of course is a matter of taste

Actually, it's a bit slower in the original file because it was 60fps, and the gif above is <30fps, it means the converter cut a lot of frames from the original file and that make the converted file seems faster. And I didn't put anything in the hall near the windows because my high school never put anything in the hall near windows, hahaha.

It seems like the character disappears when it gets skewered. Like you see just a "thing" that comes out, the character disappear and then the thing becomes covered with blood... I dunno maybe cuz it's too fast? And because of that you cannot see that actually the character gets skewered.

PS: I hope you understand what I mean...

I understand what you mean, but I did that with purpose. :D
I don't know how to explain this, but it just fit with how the conversation, that plays the scene, goes in the game.

And btw here's the new version of the animation. (^ ^ )
My friend told me to add more blood so I did it, and the result looks great so far.

For a long animated scene (more than 100 frames), I'll render the scene as a video and call that video in RPG Maker.
For a short animated scene, I render the video to PNG files. If the scene lasts 80 frames, I'll have 80 PNG files and then I'll use Show Picture command. And yes, you'll have to use 80 show pictures command, which is tired. I tended to do this with a script but the game's gonna be converted to MV to port to mobile so I wouldn't do that. The converter can convert everything, but the script.
I see... That's a very hard work i assume... Well, that means that the game is even more valuable since your hard work! Anyway thank you very much for your answer! Maybe i will use this method sometime in the future... A very far future since i haven't that much patience...

It's not really hard work, hahaha, it just takes time. And I think you should just give it a shot and see if yourself can handle it. We don't really know what we're capable of.

Wow! Looks even better!!! Can I ask you a question though? How do you use gifs in your rpg? Through videos? Or do you have a script for it?

I am more interested on Angel key... I don't really know why, but this game attracts me a lot. Maybe it's because of the personality of Angel, or because everything it's in black and white, which I Looove... The story is also very interesting... I don't know for sure but I think Angel key is definetely better than Seven mysteries. But it is obviously matter of taste! This doesn't mean that I don't like seven mysteries, ON THE CONTRARY! I am really curious about the redux version, since I already liked the first one. Anyway, continue with the good work!

Ps: these gifs are JUST AWESOOOME! They look really cool! Well done!

Same, I'm more interested in Angel Key. It also attracts me as a developer, weird right? The original characters of Seven Mysteries lack of depth, didn't have much personality. I'm trying to fix that in Seven Mysteries Redux version but I don't know if people will love the new characters. I'm really worried right now, lol.
