Lunar Wish: Orbs of Fate
In the room with the wooden chest on the left, there are 3 flip switches that go down then go back up automatically and Them beneath each is a print of directional arrows. Maybe They do not work since I may be hitting Them in the wrong sequence.
The lever that is to the left of the stairs can not be hit twice. You can only hit it once.

Hit the lever twice with Throwing Star goes to the stairs. In the room with 3 levers not all of them have to be activated to access the laboratory. See the result. Note Use the Go-Go Goggles hear and see change on the ground where the tread has to fight with Kling Slime the ground must be no holes to be able to walk on it. I'll put picture of how the levers is to enter the laboratory. The other combinations you do have access to changing the chest.

What is that shining point is? I examined similar points before, but They do not do anything.

Is there any way to get Elegant Charm, one more time. Cos was one I needed to finish quest with witch and second I need to get some rare item from armor shop in Tyrone.

I can not believe you do not know where the item is to cancel out the magic reflector. Buy reflect smasher in item Shooper in Snowdown. Elegant Charm is found in Mt Gelado and sidequest in Arrowseye Village.
