- Sharon can't exit inn

They Come
I've found some others as well, (these are still from 1.1)
* Dynamite does not show up in iventory
* Mine Shaft door transfer is wrong
* When playing as Sharon you can walk on anything (for one reason or another) o.o This makes it impossible to go to the inn.
* Sharon's still standing there after the cutscene (even if you're playing as her).

Alright I've got version 1.1 and I've come across some bugs (one being game breaking).
* If you interact with doors 103 and 105, before you have a key, the locked message gets looped. (Because the set move route is wrong)
* At night, when I tried to enter the house at east of town, I hear the door opening sound, but stay at the same place. (The transfer is wrong).

Alice's Deserta
Some things I noticed:
In your room, when you turn towards the packages, you get the message about the teddy bear. same happens with the bookshelf: if you don't face it, but stand underneath it.
At my knowledge, I didn't have a letter opener, but in the bathroom I was able to get the key from the painting with it.
After I had opened the Master Bedroom and got to the Red Room, I returned to the bedroom only to get the message the door was locked.
I'm stuck after that...
Might want to check up on your sentences. It misses some capital letters from time to time. Also, I would appreciate it if an inventory was added. Just so we can see what we have.

Try adding other stuff to the grass for example. Those white flowers/moss things you have on the tileset. I see you've already added some, but you should add some more. ^^

In the manga, they're in a look out kind of thing, right? (I can't remember if it was like that in the movie...) I think you should try to add something like that. Then the map won't be as bland as it is now. ^^
