I''ll be in, out of interest how text based is text based? put another way does it have to be an adventure game? as if not it allows for games which aren't really text based. For example I could probably make asteroids or space invaders really easily, not that I would. But yeah, what would count? like rags makes text based games with a graphical interface.

Alright sword on a rope is a bad idea now all I've got is a lasso, a sword and an infinite supply of large missiles filled with explosives and aging serum, stupid decisions. Also After decapitating me my sword get stuck in by chest while the rope rolls in to the pit Nightowl is in there now I hope those count.

In FF6, Repo men have a weakness for poison. That probably means they'll be our friends if we give them alcohol or something.

I've never actually used rm2k3 so feel free to just think of me as irrelevant but the best way to ensure a different number every time is generally to use the time to generate it to the second is best but even just minutes or hours can work. If you really want a unique result just get a random number from like 0 to 1000, and add it to the time in seconds. Guaranteed different every time, just assumes ability to check system clock and even if you can't you can still just resort to a random number but every number has a chance of reappearing then and always will unless you use some kind of information from the computer that never repeats like the time in seconds or the MAC address.
