To be honest JL i think this photo has always been a .PNG file. I don't know where it went wrong might of been because i used different programs like gimp and paint or its because some of the tile sets i copyed and pasted onto this were .jpg files so i don't know.

This problem halted my game and i haven't got around to fixing my tile set issues or asking someone about how to fix it. But anyway i got a group of resources/tilesets and i bunched together the ones i thought i would need for my game. As soon as i started to place the tile sets they didn't blend right like some of the whites were off and didn't blend into the background like they were a different type of whites. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Or fix this themselves i would greatly appreciate it! Here are the tilesets you could test out see how they go for you and here's how they are not blending into the background on my screen . Thanks for the help!

Then he should have dedicated his time to playing the guitar, not drawing. I'd think that captures girls' attentions more.

But seriously now, drawing must've been a monumental chore for him if he just went and dropped it like that. Not to mention that is the absolute most retarded reason why someone would learn how to draw. And if he did find himself a girlfriend becase of his drawings, wouldn't it make sense to keep drawing to keep her?

Sorry to go on a tangent here, but that just made me facepalm pretty hard. There are people who actually enjoy drawing here, myself included, and it seems to be one of those thing people only do because it makes them feel good. I mean, it's not likely to get them anywhere in life. Forcing yourself to do something you dislike to get girls is just plain wrong, and I'd think most girls would be able to see through it.

Turns out the girl didn't even care about drawing. And I never said he disliked drawing or that he was forcing himself to draw. and it wasn't really a chore for him since he was naturally gifted. He probably heard somewhere that girls liked artist or something and tried that. He can still draw very well and can spend months without drawing anything and still be as skilled. He just stopped drawing once he met someone and enjoyed spending time with her. Some people are odd like that.

Yeah I'm a bit jealous there so far my experience with naturally good drawers is that they truly don't care about drawing my cousin is one of them he doesn't even care about how good he is and wants to do other things in life ive been drawing all my life and i'm not even as good as him.

I knew a great artist who just stopped drawing because he found a girlfriend and the only reason he drew was to find a girl because he thought girls liked pretty drawings.

One word: Lame.

But yeah, many people don't have time to keep working on the project, and decide to give up on it entirely. Some others get bored with the amount of works, or would rather play games than make them. :p

Why does great looking indie games get cancelled? I hate this so much when it happens because the games usually looks promising even
money worthy and the makers out the blue just stops updating on it leaving us sad :'(. This happened with to me a lot the mugen fighting game
"card sagas wars" it looked amazing! The developer claims it isn't dead but that was like said a few years ago so i'm sad lol
