I don't really consider the Zelda series an RPG, but I saw others listing it, so meh. And it does have some RPG elements, I guess.

I still enjoy Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Also, Super Metroid, Earthbound, B.O.B., and Morrowind, although that last one isn't as old as the others, obviously. And I replay FFVII every now and then.
