It's a possibility, there is definitely sidequest opportunity, but including it as a part of the main story could be a stretch. Many of the points in the story are already fleshed out and it would be a pain to rewrite it as there is no real link between the card game and the A-story. The game itself has a history behind it's conception in the game, but that only has little relevance to the main story. Thanks for the feedback!

I really don't see what the problem is with killing animals in a GAME. I mean they act like the little digital bits and pixels controlled by numbers and algorithms are going to be come endangered! (Maybe I should make an endangered animal script)

author=AveeI must say I am very dissapointed in sonic team as of late, but Sonic will always be a favorite character of mine. I was in the same boat as you with not having the rival system. It was good though because I got a Dreamcast over the N64 because of my sega bias at the time.
I always thought Sega had its fair amount of great games, not to mention that their gaming systems were always one step ahead of Nintendo's. But we didn't have a Master or Megadrive at home so I didn't have the chance to play much games from Sega. I think Sonic's great :) He's the one who's got me interested in fast-paced gameplays and speed-runs. And even now I still enjoy meta-gaming Super Metroid, SotN or any RPGs.
Velsarbor Translation?
I know that Lachsen said that Flareshard was supposed to be doing a translation, but I'm not sure whether anything came of it.
