Welp, we texted a little last night but that's not much. She lives in Milwaukee, a friend of a friend. For some reason she's going to my school's homecoming, and needs a date to get permission.

Oh, and if my friend can't get this girl's twin a date, I guess I'm taking both of them. >__>

I finished the 80,000+ word novel I've been working on since around the beginning of the year! :DDD

Now for my siesta...

Stephen King says the best way to revise a book is to not look at it for 4-6 weeks, then revise it all in one go. That way it seems more like you're editing someone else's work. I don't like King's fiction much, but he's got a lot of good points in his book On Writing.

So yeah I'ma gunna chill for a few weeks yo. Work on some other stuff. Then I'll get my friends (maybe I'll email it to some RMNers if they really want to) to be first readers.

Took me 6 months to finish reading The Dark Tower from the first sentence to the last sentence (WINK WINK TO WHOEVER HAS READ THE SERIES)
