My guess that is a human from the alternate universe where humans are actually more related to Annelids.
Due to a cruel twist of fates, birds are also giants in that universe. Hundreds or perhaps thousands of wormpeople are devoured by giant birds every day.

And is it too much too ask if the cute person in your avatar is a guy or a girl? I just want to know whether or not the avatar is a trap. My policy is to hate all traps except for Hideyoshi. I shall now continue on with my life while thinking that your avatar is a bad bad trap.
I'm disappointed. I thought it actually was female this time. At least the guy did a good job of pretending to be a chick.

Yea, that's definitely an extreme example of pervert in my mind. But then again, I watch anime and they throw the word pervert around like it's hip so maybe that means I have a different view of it?
