That's what I figured. It's even better when you have no bills to pay... Dealing with the crappy travel departmentvand the loss of an entire day for travel is almost worth it.

Fun fact: In Victorian slang, "to put Nebuchadnezzar out to grass" means to engage in sexual intercourse.

In other news, can a Try/Catch block operate in a loop? The answer to that is yes, but can I get the block to operate on a few lines in the loop and then proceed with the rest of the loop when the catch kicks in? I'm guessing no, but I'm wishing it could really hard because I don't want to have to do more work.

I'm currently enjoying a can of Coke and a croissant. My nose is itchy.

Had a long day ... of not working! I woke up early to wash my clothes. The one white work shirt had some pink spots (that'll teach me to soak whites with colored bleeding clothes, using a stain remover). Resoaked said shirt in stain remover, hoping tomorrow I find a white shirt.

After that I took a nice little hike up the hill (30 minute walk, about 1/4 of it uphill) to my friends' house where I saw my favorite soccer team, Barcelona beat their arch-nemesis Real Madrid (sore losers cried about refereeing not gifting their a penalty, when they committed a very clear one that wasn't judged as such), 2-1. After watching both of the teams trainers do their press Q&As (annoyingly the coverage was briefly cut when the most interesting question was asked to each).

After that I walked back home (took almost the same time, since I was already tired and I had to stop myself from going to fast downhill), and, prepared and ate my lunch. Took a nap, woke up, bought and ate dinner. Watched the Cards vs. Red Sox game, which ending in a controversial interference call that allowed the Cards to score the winning run ...

In between all that, I have posted quite a few posts here @ RMN (I think it might be my personal record for a single day so far!). Added a new game to my playlist and should be going to be sleep soon, after hopefully watching Sportscenter, if I don't fall sleep.

I guess I did ask my friend who I work for about a few things that happened during the workweek ...

Even in less prude nations, people would think about anal fixations, golden showers, scat and the like first... I mean, child-abuse is so much beyond "just pervert", that it's actually illegal O:-)

Thanks to the internet, I don't think any of those things are considered particularly perverted any more. I'm sure they used to be freaky, but now it's like, "Oh, yeah, you're into having projectile diarrhea sprayed directly into your gaping vagina while it's held open by midgets in clown suits? Not really my thing, but I know there are a few hundred thousand websites devoted to that. There was a thread full of those pics on 4chan last week, and I think I remember our senator lying about whether he was into it during the elections."
