WHAT ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT RIGHT NOW?

Posts

Hey, congrats for getting through it in any case!

That feeling of satisfaction for getting something done is hard to rival, honestly.
I post too much in the thinking about topic. I should make more statuses.
Congrats, random - you've hit circular logic. +1 internets!

Woah, I forgot to be active on RMN. Guess I better post in the most pointless thread on site.

I should probably get a dual-boot setup on my Mac so I can play around with RPG Maker again, but I just can't be bothered...probably the end of the line, in RM terms anyway.

For you to not think this was normal I feel like you'd have to be, like, 70+ years old? So, yeah, you're getting extremely old.

Either that or maybe you just have a bad memory.

Or maybe you never went to many dances and parties when you were in high school? (Given that, like most of us here, you now design software as a leisure activity, and probably have fond reminiscence for the days when you pretended to be an elf wizard, I think this is the most likely answer.)
I was mostly a ninja turtle. Or ninja outright.

up, up, up!

This is the most intelligent thread on this site, don't say things like that. Where else are we gonna creatively exercise our minds?!

No matter how many video game soundtracks I put on my iPhone, it never seems to be enough. I need MOAR. I can't even begin to count all the ones that I want... But it takes so long to get them, having to rip them from Youtube and then manually input the track numbers.

EDIT: I must say, this is the only topic on the site that I even enjoy visiting anymore. The Screenshot Topic used to be cool before Dookie started shitposting and acting like having made one vaporware game makes him some sort od level design guru.

Everything just blows vomitshit when you work 14.5 hours erre day
Start ripping Lady Gaga albums. If that fails rip movie music. If that fails rip entire souls into your phone for your own amusement.

There's an article about a lawsuit against the Louisiana board of education for supporting a teacher's efforts to forcibly convert a Buddhist student to Christianity. Of course, the parent's won the lawsuit. You can't put your child in a public school and have a teacher actively sabotage his education by constantly grading on whether or not he praises Jesus (and then punish him for not). A commenter on the article blames the parents for this problem for having the child in the first place, thus simply causing problems for the school.

She writes that according to Buddhism, "Having a child is a sin." The reasoning behind this statement? Giving birth continues the cycle of suffering brought on by the Eight Sorrows, that the truly holy don't have children because they know the greatest good is the extinction of the human race. So you see, these parents have sinned and have now enhanced the sorrow of other innocents with this sin. << This is religion.

I've previously promised that I would no longer post my views here since they are unwelcome, but I break that promise now.

I personally believe insanity is necessary for optimum mental health, so I won't call this person insane, but I will call her mentally unhealthy. Any dogma that suggests a person's violent tendencies are the fault of the victim for having the audacity to exist is not written by a mentally balanced person.

The screenshot topic sucks a bag of dicks when you have the same few people posting shit images and want us to design them from the ground up and never advance because so.

Thank the many jesuses that itaju and a few others break up the monotony of crap.
also ratty the problem mostly lies with you for immediately contextualizing kids in unusual clothes as 'jailbait' hth

it's a skeezy term representing a skeezy philosophy

Depends what "forcibly convert" means. Could have just been sitting the Buddhist down and talking about faith.

I know this may incite a flame war, but I'd say - not all religion, just some.

Interesting story nonetheless. What do y'all think about the spreading of free ideas and freedom of speech vs. the discussion of religion being not encouraged IRL and even on boards? Even mention of the word is being shunned.
