Hellion and The Drop are two new movies in the u.s....
it's almost like (and improbable) that they visited RMN, looked at some featured games, and decided to name their movies after them.

Anyone else here ever watched the awesomeness that is Leverage? Fuck, I love that show. Finished watching the whole series a few weeks ago but I saw a post on Tumblr that made me want to watch it all over again - and that's not usual for me. Often when I watch/read/play something one time I'll wait at least a few years before feeling like I should do so again (if it was awesome the first time) but now? The only thing that I can compare it to is One Piece in that regard (read the manga 3 times in 5 years... which doesn't sound like much but we're talking 700+ chapters and watching the anime as many times in between too. I... maybe love that anime to bits.)
So... Leverage. Seen it?
i don't understand why bacon is such a popular food item. i mean it's one of the nastiest forms of unclean animal, and there are various foods that far surpass it. like pizza. ice cream. and grilled cheese.
if my generation ends up being called the "selfie generation" i am going to scream at every single old woman in the peanut gallery i swear

Bacon is a good additive to foods, like burgers and sandwiches and shit. But I have no idea why anybody eats it by itself. I mean, pork is pretty crud compared to beef and seafood anyways.
I like bacon, but bacon doesn't like me.
@TungerManU: That actually sounds like fun. I don't really see myself ever entering any kind of brief game-making contest, but I'd be interested in the results, for sure.

The salt and grease really does it for me. I like bacon on just about anything, except for maybe ice cream (though I haven't tried it). It's unhealthy but it's good.
Bacon is just so iconic it's been gladly used.
I miss smoked ham .. or ham in general more than I would ever miss bacon. Or sausages.
Well, I'm just trying to pull myself together for now. I didn't quite realize, but I'm having a fucking hard time. Apparantly. Maybe.

Seafood is kind of gross (but I see how you might think otherwise if you lived somewhere near one of those large-bodies-of-water-things.... oceans or whatever).
I am about 2000 miles from the nearest ocean. most seafood is gross. beef, pork, and chicken is where its at.

There are people who take bacon and chicken fat, put it in a container and then in the fridge.
Comes time for a great treat, they make toast and spread the chicken or bacon fat on the toast. mmmmmmmmbacon toast :)
I've never had it, but I do believe the folks in England love "haggas"?? Don't remember what it is made from, but I believe it has to do with guts and innards of all types :)
So, if you were being forced to eat one or the other....which would you gobble down? :)

What's wrong with guts and innards? It's good not to waste stuff. I just can't eat them healthwise.
I'd take both. If cleaned properly (uncleaned colon is .. ugh)

It's called Haggis, and while I've never been in England I can imagine it's one of those old foodtypes that's slowly dying out, same as for example half-rotten, dried for 6+ months sheep meat, which only old people eat in the Faroe Islands.
Either way, you can find disgusting stuff in both seafood and "land-food", if you're lookig for it. I kinda like seafood myself, not much beats a spicy crab omelette.

I guess with the haggis,(now why didn't my spell check catch that):) it's just the uunnkknown :)
Just remembered, I was once served cows tongue. There are people who LOVE it.
As for myself, I could feel the bristles of the cows tongue in my mouth....YUK :)
I love southern fried chicken gizzards. Others begin to retch when I mention them:)

Haggis is what most people consider to be Scotland's national specialty. And yeah, it's basically animal innards like brains and lungs and stuff put into an animal stomach/sausage casing and cooked. Some people do eat it around Britain, but it's mostly a Scottish thing. The innards thing is a Britain-wide one though, with livers and kidneys and hearts and all that jazz.
But yeah seafood is weird unless you live somewhere that prepares it well.

Caz, your so right. My bad, wrong country :(
I love seafood, including raw clam and oysters on the half shell :)
But then I love almost any food :(

Octopus Shashimi is my jam. Fuck, that stuff is good.
I'm a Newfie so of course I enjoy lobster, mussels, scallops, and all manner of white fish. Although Swordfish completely dominates the white fish market.
